Hon. Speaker, I have two requests to make. One is that you allow me to speak from the Table because I have many documents. Two, that you increase the time allocated to move this Motion from 20 minutes to 60 minutes. I had written to you to request an extension of time because according to our Standing Orders, it is at the discretion of the Speaker to do so.
As to where you speak from, I will allow you to go to the Dispatch Box and speak from there; no big deal. As to the amount of time available to you, I am sure when
