The Temporary Speaker announced a quorum problem at the start of the morning sitting, ordered the quorum bell to be rung, and subsequently adjourned the House until 2:30 p.m. on the same day. No substantive debate took place, only procedural actions were recorded.
Hon. Members, there seems to be a serious challenge with quorum this morning. I direct that the Bell be rung for 10 minutes.

Sergeant-at-Arms, proceed and ring the Quorum Bell for an additional five minutes.

Order, Hon. Members. As you can see, we have a challenge with quorum. The time being 9.51 a.m., this House stands adjourned until 16th November 2022 at 2.30 p.m. The House rose at 9.51 a.m.
